Re: Windows 11 I would say yes. I'm not aware of any major functional changes but I would get it for the aesthetics alone. I love the modern design language.

Re: Windows 11 Yes, Windows 11 handles PSO better than Windows 10, aside from the aesthetical changes.
Here's a few things I've noticed with PSO with Win 11:
- Game no longer crashes upon Alt + Tab'ing
- You can now do screenshots without crashing; i.e. Windows key + Shift + S
- Resizing windowed PSO is less wonky and can handle dynamic resizing quickly (doing too fast on Windows 10 causes it to crash)
