well i just ranked up any ways , feels fresh ( in a good way ) all though the piss coloured name is a bit pissy hehe , just out of curiosity does the colour change when you reach elite or is it all ways gold ? |

To be completely honest my only real worry for the Level reduction is that with the spell levels staying the same, you start off with super powerful and super expensive spells. Ilike that you keep your items [even if you cant exactly use them..] and spell levels. I'm just worried about all the people who maxed stuff out, start playing a character like a Force and need to go up 6 levels to use a foe. X_X. As stuff gets stronger it gets more expensive. [which is balanced out normally by the Levels you go up to even get the spell.] Now the obviouse response is that your MAG or Some UNITS could help here. I know myself that I powered up my own Force by getting 4 slot armor and giving it all of the int raising units and a better INT mag. As for reward ideas... the simple one that popped into mind is a special version of one of your weapons that ha no stat requirements. With notes or listed that only that player can use that item. [This preventing the passing on of Over powered easy weapons. to other players.] But it would eventually allow you to keep and usemore of your items from the start as you play. Until Eventually you start at LVL 1 and you have litterally all your gear. THIS could be used for QUEST challanges as well. AS your rank goes higher you can make and pass on Special quests for those people. This could work sorta like a challange mode for the Special ranked characters. [like Nightmare difficulty in some games.] Congrats, you have gotten this far. NOW to get pwned. Lets see you take on THIS! -sends lvl 1 hero against ULT difficulty bosses and enemies.- |

You need to level upto 200 to receive the reward item. Just in case it's asked. you can't rank up to elite if you haven't collected your advanced reward before hand. |

Do we get to keep our luck mats yet if we rank up? Because that is really the main deal breaker for me. As for starting out with high techs on a lv1 character you should have stuff to either attack with weapons for a while or of learned to be more conservative with your tp. It is not like fo's can't use guns i see no problem with leaving tech levels where they were. When you rank up. It is not that you need mst to use them just learn them once learned it is just a matter of learning to play less tech heavy something the title of advanced or elite should mean. Plus you still have your mag and units to boost your tp so no reason to reset tech levels. |

I thought of a better reward type actually. I have heard about an old GM who made a bunch of cool items. Like a ring that protects against things like MEGID. I think it was some.. white Anti-dark ring. Maybe you can use those items or similar items as rewards? I dunno about anyone else but I HATE that megid stuff in ULT and in that tower. the areas are hard enough already, they dont need INSTA DEATH spells.. X_X -grumbles- glowing purple balls of death.. haunt my nightmares.. OH SHI- oh just a light.. nyeh |
