I got some coins from Raid on Central Tower, and it said that the staff was aware that the lucky coin machine was down, I was curious why the machine is down? Hope I can receive a quick reply, thanks! |

To easy for the players to abuse that system. Removed from the game years ago. It probably will not be coming back anytime soon. |

It was another way to get State/Maintenance, and you could get a few weapons with unobtainable stats. |
