what and how and where do you go to add hits on the dark meteor even the hits is at 30s or 40s its there anyway to increase the hits value ??

It just takes the hit % from the weapon you use with the PGF.

So no, not really. You can still sphere the other percents, though.

why thank you Karma okay becuase I notice that on other video on youtube they were showing 100% to 95% hits and they used photon crystals to boots them. thank you so mush for letting me know ^^

one last question is the quest for ep.4 The reckless lion is the only one to get a max percent and max 50s hits on the one player mode ? so far keep giving nothing but 30s hits arm per run. do you know a better way ?

You can only raise the hit of enemy part weapons through Photon Crystals. The maximum hit you can get would be 50% hit.

RL has a chance to drop 50hit arms, and honestly, considering how difficult it's to sphere your items I'd just farm it on Restless Lion. You'll get two additional stats with 50% each. Alternativley, you can hunt arms in ruins and hope for some high hit. I think Tarzan has a few 60h arms, so you could ask him for a trade too.
