I'm playing with a friend on the server, and they are trying to make an account on the forum, but upon sending for the confirmation email, it is never received. They've tried resubmitting multiple times, and over the past few days one has still not come in. They have double and triple checked to make sure they didn't mistype their email, and sent and received an email to it, so they aren't sure what's going on.

Their player ID thing is 42007619, I didn't want to post their email address here as I didn't want to do it without their permission, but I know ID is viewable by all in game. If there's any other information needed to help with this let me know so I can get that information to them so we can get this figure out! ^-^
