Just as the title says. I already have Psobb.exe as an exception on Avast, in fact, I have the entire folder as an exception. I don't know whats causing this.

Have you tried getting a new anti-virus? Also, is this a recent problem? I use AVG Free Version and it's not so much a problem.

You're using Avast and AVG? That may be the problem. One of them is probably dicking you over. Other than that, I would recommend a rollback using system restore. Or fiddle with your firewall settings, even? What programs have you downloaded recently, what Windows version are you using etc

Sorry, I mix them up sometimes. I only have Avast on my PC. I know this error means that something is blocking pso, but what is it? Avast is my only firewall and I've added an exception to psobb in it a long time ago and I have played perfectly fine until now. Could it be my router somehow? I run on Windows 8. Also, I play on my laptop running Windows 7 sometimes, I get the same error on it now all of a sudden, maybe I'm IP blocked :/.
