Today's happy/rush/crazy/delicious hour will last for about four-five hours, starting 5:00 PST and ending around 9:00-10:00 PST.

I've seen these events occurring from ~1:55PM-3:56PM EST for awhile now. I kind of remembered that it was earlier by an hour due to daylight savings time like before some day in November.

Lol it didn't matter to me since I was hitting some math books at school anyways, but it's December now.
