The Present Mag is an Eden-exclusive. It comes from the mag cell "Kit of Present", which can only be randomly obtained by turning in your Xmas points in the Xmas redeeming quest at the slot machines.
Xmas points can be acquired by participating in the yearly Xmas event in the quest "Xmas Graverobbers".
